Confie is a shared service center, originally from the United States, mainly in the areas of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business.
Important:
This is a home-office position;however, training is conducted on-site, and you must continue residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate afterward. We do not cover relocation expenses.
A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Requirements:
Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment (Required)
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
Important Note:
You must complete one month of on-site training, which is fully paid. After training, we will provide all necessary equipment for you to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with scheduling appointments, setting up products, and answering questions about Car Breathalyzer installations.
Handle incoming calls to confirm or reschedule calibration appointments.
Update and manage client information using the internal proprietary software system, Plus.
Track all phone calls and dispositions in the Five9 system.
