Confie is a U.S.-based shared service center supporting top insurance companies, primarily in California, Nevada, and Arizona, across 60+ lines of business in auto and medical insurance.
This is an on-site position.
Only candidates living in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered.
We do not cover relocation expenses.

Appointment Setter Dream Home Roofers (Confie Tijuana)
Be part of the Dream Home Roofers campaign a rapidly growing U.S. roofing company offering free roof inspections to homeowners in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, regions often hit by hail, snow, and storms. As an Appointment Setter, youll connect with homeowners using an automated dialer, qualify interest, and schedule inspections. No selling just offer the free service and pass the lead to our confirmation team.
Job Summary:
Make outbound calls via automated dialer
Offer free roof inspections no upfront sales
Qualify interest and set the appointment (transferred to closers)
Work with both double leads (homeowner couples) and single leads
Document call results in CRM
Hit weekly targets just 12 confirmed appointments/week to unlock bonuses
Compensation & Benefits:
$10 USD per confirmed appointment
(Only 12/week to activate bonus no cap)
Average weekly commissions: $300$350 USD

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Minimum B2 English;C1 preferred (for objection handling and notes)
1 year of call center experience (or 6 months if strong in sales)
Sales experience required
Confident, focused, and consistent performers wanted
