Important:
This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.
A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Back Office Associate - Confie Tijuana
Responsibilities:
Handle and process new commercial claims across various coverage types, ensuring timely and accurate setup in Alliants system.
Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation, supporting smooth account management for new and renewal policies.
Provide responsive, real-time communication to strengthen client relationships and deliver excellent service.
Perform administrative tasks related to new and existing accounts, ensuring efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
Schedule and Availability:
Training: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m. (on-site and paid).
Operations:
Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday and Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
Requirements:
Prior experience in a call center or administrative role.
Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office software and databases.
