Back Office Representative - Confie Tijuana

Responsibilities:
Manage new claims for various commercial coverages and update client accounts in Alliants system.
Process and set up new claims for commercial lines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Ensure strong client relationships through responsive, real-time communication.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a call center or administrative role.
Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office software and databases.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
