We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent in Cancún, Quintana Roo, someone passionate about tourism, with a strategic vision and the ability to positively impact our clients. What will you do as a Guest Experience Agent?
- Assist and interact with travel agents, direct customers, and our team of specialists, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Prepare quotes for clients and maintain constant communication with suppliers.
- Help with other administrative tasks as needed.

What do we expect from you?
Must-haves:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in customer service in a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge in French (Written and spoken)
