Summary:
Acts as a strategic advisor and HR expert by aligning HR strategies with business goals, while providing support and guidance to management and employees.
Key responsibilities:
-Develop Human Resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating changes, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
-Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
-Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
-Assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and outcomes in relation to established departmental goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously improve department efficiency and service delivery.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
-A minimum of 2 years experience of Human Resources Business Partner is required.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly?though not limited to?Excel pivot tables and data analysis in Excel.
-Advanced English level (B2 in CEFR) and excellent communication skills.
-Excellent leadership and organization skills, with critical mind-set and proactiveness
-Position on-site to work in Puebla.
