About the Role
One of our international clients in the iGaming industry is looking for a VIP Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team.
We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented professional with strong communication and commercial skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build long-term relationships with high-value customers, identify their needs, provide personalized solutions, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP customers.
Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations and promotions.
Present product features, benefits, updates, and special offers.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Apply customer retention and reactivation strategies.
Provide personalized support through chats and phone calls.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience in Customer Support, Sales, Customer Retention, or Account Management.
Experience with direct sales, upselling, cross-selling, or objection handling.
Previous experience communicating with customers through both chat and phone channels.
Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
What We Offer
Monthly base salary: $730 USD.
Performance-based KPI bonus.
100% remote work work from anywhere in the world.
5/2 work schedule (5 working days, 2 days off).
Working hours: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM (Moscow time).
