The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences within the dynamic HORECA industry. Understands the pain points of restaurants, and hotels and can proactively resolve abandonment risks. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, relationship-building skills, and a data-driven approach to improving customer retention.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and talented Strong Junior/Middle SEO Specialist to join our team and drive organic growth for the restaurant POS vendor website. As a Strong Junior/Middle SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing successful SEO strategies.The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) and driving organic traffic to meet business objectives. The SEO Specialist will utilize their expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, content creation, technical SEO, link building, and analysis to enhance our online presence.

Job Activities
Launching new websites with a full SEO cycle, including budgeting, semantic analysis, content creation, internal optimization, interlinking, and link-building strategy.
Implementing effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Implementing link-building strategies (internal and external). Searching for new ways of link-building and testing them.
Collaborating with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content. Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
Conducting SEO experiments, drawing conclusions, and scaling successful tactics.
Working with keywords, including collection, clustering, and decision-making on target page creation.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a Strong Junior/Middle SEO Specialist.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques (perform the SEO processes such as link-building, content optimisation, working with keywords, website and page structure optimisation, etc.).
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Study Background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or communication.

Working Hours and Location
8 am- 5pm Monday to Friday, On-site.

Monthly salary
$26,000 MXN monthly plus legal benefits + food vouchers + major medical insurance.
