CONDITIONS:
- Schedule 09:00 to 18:00, Monday - Saturday
- Salary: $40,000 gross a month.

QUALIFICATION OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor?s Law Degree, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or
2. Bachelor?s Law Degree in Accountancy.
3. At least, 5 years of relevant experience as HR Manager. SHRM Certification is a critical advantage.

JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience of at least 5 years in Labor Relationships.
2. Experience of at least 5 years with Unions.
3. Advanced English level, proficiency to prepare and present reports to HQ Management (all process, including interviews and live translations will be in English)
4. Advanced Microsoft Office level.
5. General knowledge of Labor Law Regulations and updates.

SUMMARY OF JOB:
1. Ensure harmony between the company, workers, and Union, to promote productivity.
2. Warranty all relationships of the Company with Unions, Federal and Local Ministers (Labor,
Social Security, Trade, Housing, etc.) and Federations are within the legal frame and in
compliance; and maintaining a social perspective.
3. Contribute to the success of the company by maintaining and developing a highly qualified and motivated human resource to achieve the objectives of the company.
4. Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures of the Company.
5. Be the face for HR matters during Audit Exercises (internally and externally [KPMG])

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Update the Company on the latest laws and regulations related to HR Management.
2. Maintain fluid contact and robust communication with the Union, with the Labor Ministry and with the Workers' Representative.
3. Negotiate the Collective Bargaining Agreements of the company.
4. Represent the company before the Labor Ministry and Social Security Institute.
5. Negotiate wage increases, benefits, and conditions with the Union.
6. Negotiate labor conflicts such as strikes, stoppages or terminations, as well as the appropriate
mediations in courts.
7. Creation and observance of the Employer ? Employees Committees (Safety and Hygiene.
Training, Instruction and Productivity; Profit Sharing; Internal Work Regulation; and Seniority
Chart).
8. Carry out the On Boarding process to the Company.
9. Negotiate the dismissal of workers according to Mexican regulations, in order to preserve the
wellness of the Company.
10. Actively participate in the chambers of commerce which the company is associated with.
11. Implement of new Labor Regulations.
12. Aid Labor Authorities in audits.
13. Attention and solution to complaints, reports, cases, and non-conformities of workers.
14. Ensure that approved Employees? Handbook and Internal Work Regulations are duly observed by all the Staff.
15. Internal Communication.
16. Audits of the hiring process is properly documented.
17. Attention to Social Security ST-7 & ST-9 cases.
18. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the
organization.
19. Supervise and support the Recruitment Process at all levels.
20. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
21. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
22. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
23. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that helps to meet the expected goals and prepare the Training Needs Analysis.
24. Lead all processes associated with Staff management: personnel administration, talent
development, compensation, welfare, payroll, internal communication, among others.
25. Performing measurement, monitoring, controlling and assessment of the effectiveness of all
processes associated with talent management.
26. Establish and analyze management indicators and formulate strategies in accordance with Best
Practices.
27. To plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the activities and actions of the HR department, in order
to ensure compliance with the goals, objectives, and policies of the company.
28. Analyze statistics to identify the circumstances that generate problems for staff and provide
recommendations for improvement.
29. Keep a record of recruitment and requisitions of personnel. Keep the records updated daily and
provide a monthly report for the Management, referring to Overtime Rate, Attrition, Training
and Absenteeism.
30. Prepare the yearly proposal increase salary.
31. Ensure the Compliance with all federal, state, and municipal regulations related to payroll.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Guide the HR Executives and workers on Conflict Resolution.
2. Oversee the general conditions in the Company are good enough to prevent any conflict.
