Bilingual Intake Agent (English/Spanish)

We are looking for a fluent bilingual English/Spanish Intake Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with potential clients, comfortable asking detailed questions, and able to professionally document information during intake calls.

Legal intake experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience handling intakes for personal injury law firms. Experience with other areas of law is also a plus.

Responsibilities

* Conduct intake calls with potential clients in English and Spanish
* Gather detailed information about the potential client's situation through structured questionnaires
* Ask follow-up questions and identify important facts or details
* Clearly and accurately document information obtained during calls
* Explain the next steps in the intake process in a professional and friendly manner
* Follow established intake procedures and accurately update case information
* Communicate professionally and empathetically with potential clients
* Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information

Qualifications

* Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
* Previous experience in legal intake, client intake, or a law firm environment is strongly preferred
* Personal injury intake experience is a major plus
* Experience with other legal practice areas is also welcome
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong listening and questioning skills
* Comfortable conducting phone calls with potential clients
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently in a remote environment
* Professional, empathetic, and confident when speaking with clients
* Comfortable working with computers and learning new software and systems

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who can take control of an intake conversation while still making the potential client feel heard and comfortable. You should be able to ask direct questions, gather the necessary information efficiently, and recognize important details that may be relevant to a potential legal matter.

Experience conducting personal injury legal intakes is a strong advantage and will be given preference.

This is a fully remote position with opportunities for long-term growth.
