Requirements:
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Strong communication and active-listening skills
Basic computer skills
At least 1+ year of call center experience (Must)
Customer service experience
You must be available to work full-time.
Responsibilities:
Incoming/outgoing calls, providing accurate and helpful information
Supports customers with inquiries, account questions, and general assistance
Troubleshoots basic issues and escalates complex cases when necessary
Delivers a positive and empathetic customer experience
Document interactions clearly and efficiently
