Manufacturing Sr. Engineer (Digitalization projects & MES)

To Develop and implement digitalization strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality product. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for improvement through digital technologies. Supervise the implementation of production management systems, such as MES and ERP. Manage digitalization projects, from planning to execution. Train staff in the use of digital tools and ensure their correct implementation. Stay updated on trends and technological advances in the field of digital manufacturing.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 5 + years of experience
- Previous experience in digitalization projects in the manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies applied to the manufacturing, such as IoT, Big Data, AI and automation.
- Experience in implementing MES and ERP systems.
- Ability to work as a team and manage multidisciplinary projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence different levels of the organization.
Hard Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of digital technologies and their application in manufacturing.
- Experience in implementing production management systems.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision making.
- Project management skills, including planning, monitoring and evaluation.
