Our solutions are industry standard, and we are the approved supplier of passport/ID scanning solutions for some of the largest hotel groups, such as Marriott, Hilton, AM Resorts, Blue Diamond, Palace Resorts, Accor, and IHG.

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will fully use their knowledge, experience, and expertise to further improve our customer services by serving our clients and partners more efficiently and with stronger focus on their needs. Working with other colleagues from the Customer Service Department and the Development and Quality Assurance teams, you will:
- Provide technical support, perform installations and training services to users of AdriaScan software solutions,
- Receive, record, analyze, and resolve AdriaScan?s clients? requests for assistance and/or additional information,
- Gather AdriaScan clients? feedback and share it with other relevant AdriaScan personnel,
- Create new and update existing documentation and instructions on the use of AdriaScan software solutions.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will need the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services or technical support role
- Working experience with technical support software solutions
- Working experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Being a self-starter with multi-tasking abilities
- Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent)
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
