**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Secretary to provide exceptional administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Calendar Management:** Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries, ensuring efficient time management for the executive.
* **Communication Liaison:** Answer and screen phone calls, draft and manage correspondence (emails, letters, etc.), and act as a gatekeeper for the executive.
* **Document Preparation:** Create reports, presentations, and other essential business documents.
* **Project Assistance:** Offer support for ongoing projects, including research, coordination, and tracking deadlines.
* **Travel Coordination:** Arrange flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
* **Expense Management:** Process expense reports and handle reimbursements.
* **Event Planning:** Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
* Superb written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
* Demonstrated attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Discretion in handling confidential information.
