In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and the ongoing operation of a companywide CRM and customer communication platform for direct-to-consumer, B2B, and B2B2C communication through eMail, SMS, and Whatsapp messaging. This role will collaborate with Marketing, Online Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams to develop an Email/Text marketing strategy and be responsible for defining and overseeing the Marketing Automation strategy. The CRM Manager will also be involved in the definition of campaigns, promotions, and acquisition strategies that increase our customer base, analyze customer data within the CRM to identify trends, understand customer needs, and measure the success of CRM initiatives.

A successful CRM Manager will:
- Lead the implementation of the CRM platform project
- Define marketing automation strategy
- Implementation of eMail, SMS and Whatsapp marketing automation and customer journeys
- Email/SMS/Whatsapp strategy definition
- Lead the implementation of additional features, and integrations
- Analyze channel performance data and provide actionable insights
- Provide progress and performance updates to senior leadership
- Generate reports and insights that can be used by different departments to improve their customer interactions

Your Profile:
- At least 2 years in a manager role, and 3 years of deep knowledge of CRM platforms or multichannel marketing automation platforms.
- Bachelor?s degree in marketing, Advertising, Computer Science or related.
- CRM platforms as end-user, eMail marketing platforms, web and email analytics in general, advanced use of excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio.
- English for written and verbal communication on a daily basis
- Strong communication skills

- Teamwork and collaboration
- CRM certification a plus.
