Ready to help guests attend the most amazing destination wedding ever!?

Our Travel Coordination team helps thousands of wedding guests each year plan their travel, accommodations, and logistics to ensure a smooth trip. Are you a hard-worker with a team-first attitude? Are you up for a fun work environment? Do you have attention to the details? Do you strive to provide the best customer service possible? Yes!? Then we would love to meet you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You'll be the one helping wedding guests find their perfect room, transportation, and adventurous tours, helping them plan their perfect getaway.

You?ll be there right from the beginning, providing a service that ensures they have a memorable wedding or group trip.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE:

*You?re the frontline to many of our clients, the one they come to when they need help, suggestions, or to book that perfect getaway.

*Answer client's questions about itineraries, rates, and reservations for their travel arrangements in a polite, professional, timely, and friendly manner.

*Provide travel & activity recommendations based on your experiences and expertise of the region.

*Retain clients through follow-up emails, impeccable attention to detail, and providing unmatched customer service.

*Take charge, resolve conflict, and satisfy your customers.

*Use our computer reservations system to book and/or reserve accommodations, transportation, and excursions.

*Perform necessary administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

*Have a deep understanding of Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and the Mayan Riviera region and are eligible to work in Mexico

*Have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

*Are tech-savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails

*Are detail-oriented and have a knack for staying organized

*Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Be able to speak, write, and read fluently English and at least conversational Spanish

*1-2 years in Customer Service and/or Sales role

*Experience selling travel (eg. Travel Agent) is a huge plus BENEFITS

QUE VAS A HACER?

*Usted será quien ayude a los invitados a la boda a encontrar su vuelo perfecto, su habitación pintoresca y sus excursiones de aventura, y les ayudará a planificar su estancia perfect.

*Estarás ahí desde el principio, prestando un servicio que les garantice una boda o un viaje en grupo memorable.

COMO SERA TU DIA?

*Eres la primera línea para muchos de nuestros clientes, la persona a la que acuden cuando necesitan ayuda, sugerencias o reservar esa escapada perfect.

*Responderás a las preguntas de los clientes sobre itinerarios, tarifas y reservas de sus viajes de forma educada, profesional, puntual y amable.

*Ofrecer recomendaciones de viajes y actividades basadas en su experiencia y conocimientos de la región.

*Retener a los clientes mediante correos electrónicos de seguimiento, una atención impecable a los detalles y un servicio de atención al cliente inigualable.

*Tomar las riendas, resolver conflictos y satisfacer a sus clients.

*Utilizar nuestro sistema informático de reservas para reservar alojamiento, transporte y excursiones.

*Realizar las tareas administrativas necesarias

REQUISITOS

*Tener un profundo conocimiento de Playa del Carmen, Cancún y la Riviera Maya. Ser elegible para trabajar en México.

*Experiencia con Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

*Ser conocedor de la tecnología y puede aprender los sistemas en línea para la reserva / reservas / gestión de clientes / correos electrónicos * Orientado al detalle y con capacidad de organización

*Capacidad para establecer prioridades y realizar varias tareas a la vez en un entorno de ritmo rápido.

*Ser capaz de hablar, escribir y leer con fluidez Inglés y al menos conversacional español

*1-2 años en Servicio al Cliente y/o Ventas

*Experiencia en venta de viajes (ej. Agente de Viajes) es una gran ventaja Ventaja!
