A company with a strong presence in foreign trade and import and export operations is looking for a Bilingual Buyer.

Position Objective: Manage domestic and international purchases, ensuring the best price, quality, and delivery conditions through supplier negotiation and evaluation.

Main Responsibilities
*Manage direct and indirect purchases.
*Source, evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers.
*Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
*Purchase chemical products and supplies.
*Support compliance with foreign trade processes.
*Keep supplier information and documentation up to date.

Required Qualifications

Advanced conversational English.
Proven experience in domestic or international purchasing.
Experience negotiating with suppliers.
Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements.
Knowledge of Annex 24.
