About the Role:
As a Tech Support Specialist, you?ll be the first point of contact for customers in the U.S. using a leading antivirus software. Your role will involve technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless experience for users with installation, configuration, performance, and security issues.

Languages Required:
- English ? Advanced (Professional level, spoken and written)
- Portuguese ? Advanced conversational
- Spanish ? Advanced

Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Company: Hexaware Technologies
Schedule: Full-time (Shifts may vary to align with U.S. time zones)
Modality: On-site

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for antivirus software users in the U.S.
- Troubleshoot issues related to installation, updates, performance, and compatibility.
- Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.

What You Bring:
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience, ideally in tech support or a contact center environment.
- Excellent communication in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and general cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
