ResultsCX is looking for customer-focused professionals to join our team as Bilingual Insurance App Support Agents.
In this role, you will assist customers with insurance application inquiries, payment-related questions, and basic troubleshooting. Most interactions are straightforward and focused on delivering quick, effective solutions while providing an excellent customer experience.
What We Offer
Base salary of $16,000 MXN per month
Performance bonus of up to $4,000 MXN per month
Monthly earning potential of up to $20,000 MXN

5-day work week with 2 days off

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with insurance application inquiries
Support customers with insurance payment-related questions
Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps
Provide professional and efficient customer service
Document customer interactions accurately
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent English and Spanish communication skills
Full-time availability
Previous call center or customer service experience
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
