Main responsibilities: offering excellent customer service to our clients, understanding their requests as customers while providing better options for their home electricity needs in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Be located in the City of Cuautla or in the State of Morelos
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- 18 years or older.
- Middle School as a minimum, but high school is desired.
- 20 Mbps of internet download speed.
- Basic computer skills.
- Scheduled Availability from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time).

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Includes lunchtime and paid breaks.
Weekends off.
