What You?ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? Whether it?s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you?ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You?ll
- Receive and process incoming communications from various sources and handle or route them appropriately according to established guidelines
- Utilize appropriate resources to determine if requests are in or out of scope and initiate intake of new order requests, obtaining patient demographic information, prescriber information, and equipment requested where appropriate
- Respond to general inquiries regarding service offerings
- Work with a sense of advocacy and urgency to ensure that members? needs are being met
- Deliver a high-quality patient experience and meet the performance goals established for the position including: productivity, call quality, member satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information and adhere to guidelines
- Perform other job duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Role
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in the healthcare equipment or durable medical equipment (DME) industry in customer service & qualification department, DME logistics & transition role, or any other related experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
- Organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills when problem-solving
- High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
