Back Office Assistant Guadalajara

We are not a traditional call center; we don?t deal with angry clients. Along with the Law firms you will be providing legal guidance regarding: Immigration, Bankruptcy, Family Law, Personal Injurie, Medical Malpractice, among others).

We are currently looking for: Back Office Assistant.

***This is an ON SITE Position.***
***This is a fully bilingual vacancy.***
***The job interview is only taken at the HRPV office.***

Requirements:
- Fluent Spoken and Written English. At least C1 In Office Position.
- Live in Guadalajara or near the area.
- High School Diploma or Bachelors.
- 6 months or more in similar positions.
- Basic Computer Skills. (Microsoft Office)
- Legal Knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Some of your activities:
- Support the Attorney's administrative needs.
- Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for US Lawyers.
- Drafting, proofreading, and filing or sending legal documents.
- Provide updates to customers.
- Answering questions and provide accurate information (phone/e-mail/chat) Appointment setting (Maintain and provide new leads)

What we Offer:
- Base Salary from 13,000.00 to 16,000.00 pesos monthly (Depending on your English and skills)

- Referral Program. $5,000.00 pesos BONUS
- Monday to Friday schedule. (We do not work as campaigns; you will have your 8-hour fixed shift)
