As a Talent Solution Architect, you will help identify and define the technical skills needed for client projects, ensuring we match the right talent with their requirements. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to grow in one of the industrys fastest-growing companies!

What You Will Do:

- Evaluate technical requirements and provide guidance to address clients staffing needs.
- Participate in candidate screening processes to identify qualified professionals.
- Meet with clients to understand their technical requirements and team needs.
- Work across various technology areas, including web development, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Support candidates with technical guidance when needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve talent matching and response times.
