Recruiter (Remote ? Mexico)

One of our key clients is an international company in the iGaming sector.
We are expanding and looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms;
Actively sourcing and headhunting candidates;
Reaching out to potential candidates proactively;
Reviewing and filtering CVs accurately;
Conducting initial interviews via phone or messaging apps;
Maintaining an up-to-date candidate database throughout all recruitment stages;
Conducting interviews via Zoom or Google Meet;
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads;
Preparing reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.
Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for roles in sales, marketing, or customer service;
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude;
Willingness to grow professionally in the Human Resources field;
Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously;
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (7-hour workday: 6 working hours + 1-hour lunch);
