Procurement Supervisor

Salary Range: MXN $25,000 $60,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to join our team at our Mexico headquarters. This role is essential for developing and executing procurement strategies focused on optimizing logistics operationsespecially Linehaul and Middlemile transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and implement procurement strategies aligned with Linehaul and Middlemile logistics models to improve cost efficiency. (preferably coming from packaging companies like Meli, Amazon, etc.)
Identify, assess, and manage suppliers to build strong, long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement efforts with operational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher.
Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in the logistics or express delivery industry.
Proven experience in sourcing and negotiating with Linehaul and Middlemile vendors.
Strong supplier network and market knowledge.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent English required (both written and spoken).
