Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for education and a flair for crafting campaigns that truly connect? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Schools team in Mexico. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand across the Primary and Secondary, learning sectors.
About The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission to transform education through impactful marketing. You'll lead the development and execution of creative, insight-driven campaigns that align with our strategic goals and resonate with our audiences. Working closely with Commercial, Propositions, and Data & Channel Excellence teams, you'll ensure our campaigns are not only engaging but also measurable and results oriented.
You'll be the go-to person for sales enablement, equipping our teams with the tools and training they need to succeed. From managing agency relationships to piloting local research initiatives, your work will directly influence how our propositions are perceived and adopted in the market.
About You
You bring a strong academic foundation?educated to degree level?with a solid background in marketing communications or product marketing. You've led integrated marketing campaigns that delivered measurable commercial value, and you're fluent in English at a C1 level. Experience in the English language learning or assessment sector is essential, giving you the context to connect with our audiences authentically. In addition:
You're customer-focused, insight-driven, and results-oriented.
Your creativity is matched by your ability to collaborate across teams and manage projects with precision.
You're a confident communicator and presenter, with excellent copywriting skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Digitally literate, you understand the digital media mix and how to leverage it effectively.
