Customer Support Specialist Remote

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with fluent Spanish and English to join the team of one of our international clients.
Our client is a leading international outsourcing company specialized in Customer Care & Support services, working with major partners worldwide.

2 days on / 2 days off
1:00 PM 1:00 AM Mexico City time, depending on your country/time zone
The schedule follows Moscow Time (MSK)
Requirements
Fluent Spanish and English (B2C1)
Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Technical Support, Call Center, or similar roles
Experience handling customer inquiries and complaints
Ability to handle customer objections professionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations
Ability to follow procedures and internal guidelines
Good problem-solving and escalation skills
Availability to work the established 2/2 schedule
Reliable computer equipment and internet connection
Main responsibilities
Provide customer support through the companys communication channels
Assist website users with different types of inquiries and issues
Create and escalate tickets to the appropriate departments
Handle customer complaints and objections
Follow established procedures and internal guidelines
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
Provide a high-quality customer experience

The interview will be conducted entirely in English, so candidates must be comfortable communicating professionally in English.
