Summary
Provide general customer service support for Western Union though so-cial media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other plat-forms.
Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in all company areas that involve a Western Union customer or potential customer like: transaction inquiries, processes, compliance restrictions, fraud prevention, sponsorship re-quests, and general knowledge of the service and products provided by Western Union.
- Redirection of customers to the corresponding normal and high priority support channels.
- Monitoring of sensitive topics and potential PR crisis that may affect the Western Union brand?s reputation.
- Escalations and reports involving Western Union in social media channels to other departments of Western Union.
- Response to App Reviews and TrustPilot reviews.
- Excellent written communication skills and assertive lan-guage maintaining customer centricity.
- Capacity to know the difference between communication channels, skilled in brief and concise communication while still being clear and engaging.
- Fluency in French, Spanish and English. Special emphasis in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
