We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing Business Development Team and connect with prospective clients worldwide.
You do not need experience in immigration law to succeed in this role. We value strong communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to build relationships, and a genuine interest in sales.
What Will Your Mission Be?
Connect with prospective clients through virtual communication channels, understand their needs, guide them through the appropriate next steps, and deliver an exceptional client experience while contributing to the team's commercial goals.
What Are We Looking For?
-Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in customer service, hospitality, recruiting, account management, call centers, or other client-facing roles will also be considered.
-Language: Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
-A positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
-Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
-Comfortable using virtual communication tools such as Zoom and WhatsApp.
-Technical requirements: Your own working devices and a stable internet connection with a speed of over 100 Mbps.
-Minimum operating system requirements: Windows 11 (64-bit) or macOS 15 Sequoia or later.

-Communicate professionally with prospective clients through phone calls, Zoom, WhatsApp, and other virtual channels.
-Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
-Communicate clearly and professionally with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
-Understand prospective clients' needs and guide them through the appropriate next steps.
-Provide an exceptional client experience that reflects the firm's commitment to excellence.
-Accurately document client interactions and relevant information in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the Business Development Team and other internal departments.
-Consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.
