Bilingual Receptionist

Be part of the financial revolution that is transforming Mexico! As a Reception Executive, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors and employees, as well as providing support with reception and administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth operation of our offices.
We are looking for an active, proactive, and organized person with an excellent service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with people from different nationalities. Advanced English proficiency is essential. Knowledge of Russian will be considered a plus, but it is not a determining factor in the selection process.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide support with reception and in-person assistance.
Provide information and guidance to visitors.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the office.
Maintain effective and professional communication with visitors and employees.
Help ensure an organized and efficient reception experience.
Follow up on requests and needs that arise at the reception desk.
Support activities necessary for the smooth operation of the area.
Requirements:
Experience in reception or a similar role.
Advanced English proficiency, required.
Knowledge of Russian is desirable and will be considered a plus.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Service-oriented attitude and friendly approach.
Active, proactive, and willing to support different activities within the area.
Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Ability to interact with visitors from different nationalities.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly gross salary of MXN $25,000.
Annual bonus.
Location and Schedule
Work location: Torre Polanco, 1st floor.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No weekend work.
