Job Responsibilities

Asset Management:
- Manage the companys inventory of laptops and cell phones.
- Assign and reassign assets to employees as needed
- Track assets and ensure they are in good condition
- Coordinate the repair and replacement of damaged or defective assets
Business Travel Management:
- Coordinate and book business travel for employees, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Ensure that all travel is authorized and complies with company policies
- Manage travel expenses and ensure that they are reimbursed in accordance with company policies
- Provide assistance and support to employees during their travels.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assets and travel.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure that assets and travel are managed efficiently


Skills and qualifications:

Proficient in English (C1 level or higher) with strong communication skills.
University graduate with strong data analysis skills.
Previous experience 2 years
