Job Description
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Level of educational attainment required:
Bachelors
Previous work experience required:
Require 1-2 years of experience
- Prior Workday MDM / HR Operations experience highly desired
- Experience in a shared services HR environment
- Working experience with SAP
Language skills required:
English B1
Technical skills required:
- Work-Day Expertise in Core HCM, Leave Management and Termination.
- SAP Expertise
- Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel and Presentations Skills
Soft skills required:
- Attention to details
- Analytical skills
- Time management skills
Key tasks and accountabilities:
- Process Master Data requests related to Employee Management and Organization management in workday.
- Review IDOC errors and fix in SAP systems.
- Monitor integration error in dayforce.
- Ensure requests pertaining to the Business are accurately and timely processed in accordance with adhered SLA.
- To be cross trained on all business process and act as a back up to colleagues.
- Perform deep dive analysis and action on Data Quality errors by improving the KPI to be consistently above 95%
- Generate adhoc reports from AB1 and workday.
- Membership, Cost Centre or Termination reports.
- Identify the gaps in existing process and propose improved ways of working / automations.
- Should work towards standardizing of the process and add value to the existing role.
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately by maintaining superior level of business process accuracy.
- Responsible and accountable to meet SLA & business KPIs.
- Resolve pending tickets and follow up with requestor to sure tickets are closed on time.
- Stakeholder connect by reviewing weekly trends on integrations.
- Participate in system testing in SAP and workday for enhancements.
