Requirements
Previous experience recruiting candidates for U.S.-based clients.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken, written, and listening skills).
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Experience conducting headhunting and direct sourcing strategies.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, including:
ZipRecruiter
Monster
Indeed
LinkedIn
Other sourcing and talent acquisition tools
Excellent communication and candidate negotiation skills.
Ability to manage recruitment processes based on KPIs and performance metrics.
Experience recruiting for operational, technical, and specialized positions.
Previous recruiting experience within industries such as:
Energy
Manufacturing
Geology
Engineering
Industrial operations
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
Recruit operational, technical, and specialized talent for U.S.-based clients.
Develop and implement headhunting strategies to identify top candidates.
Negotiate employment opportunities with candidates to ensure successful placements.
Publish, promote, and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with established performance indicators.
Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
