Ecommerce Coordinator Entry Level

POSITION Summary:

This role will work closely with IT, merchandising, pricing and product teams. Duties will include site audits, data entry, product data audits and troubleshooting site and system issues.

Ecommerce coordinator will support both Ecommerce and Data teams.



Essential position Functions:

· Coordinate activities ranging from conducting site audits to ensuring website is optimized for UX.

· Ensure ongoing weekly and monthly Ecommerce tasks are being fulfilled.

· Obtain new product data and images from internal teams and enter data into PIM system, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness of added data. Additionally, create and maintain products in Printbox and GTS, as well as another systems TBD.

· Project management on all data loads

o Scoping loads to assess difficulty.

o Reporting timelines back to the business.

o Ensuring quality and accuracy of the load working with the business owner to gather the appropriate data beforehand

· Assist in product data updating and cleansing activities.

· Troubleshoot product issues between PIM and the website to ensure product is properly appearing online. Work with required teams to address and resolve issues.

· Provide regular QA activities for existing and new products, as well as special projects.

· Support product merchandising through secondary hierarchy maintenance and product assignment.

· Identify data handling and validation issues for potential development solutions.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· 1+ years of customer service or administrative support experience

· Related degree and experience in website management, site merchandising, digital marketing, and customer experience enhancement is preferred
