We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant who will provide support in business management tasks in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. The ideal candidate will be professional and possess excellent communication skills to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.

About the role

You will require Microsoft Office master, schedule management experience, excellent communication skills, written and spoken, competence to work closely with other departments and some basic finance or bookkeeping experience.

General Duties

- Management of complex frequently changing Executives? calendars and set up meetings.
- Managing, coordinating, and arranging travel and travel-related activities for the executive team.
- Must be able to schedule across multiple calendars.
- Manage daily expenses and prepare weekly reports.
- Organize and execute catering for meetings, off-sites, and team social events.
- Representing the company in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
