Are you up for the opportunity to join a new and exciting team here in Hermosillo?
We are looking for an experienced team member for an open full-time contact center recruiter position out of our new Hermosillo office.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a recruiter, preferably in the contact center industry.
Responsibilities
-Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
-Manage full-cycle recruitment process with HR and operations team members
-Identify on-going staffing needs
-Design and implement attraction strategies
-Sourcing, selecting and administration of candidates
-Follow RUI values to determine the right candidates
Qualifications
-Proficient in English speaking and writing
-2+ years of experience in recruitment
-2+ years of experience in customer service
-Bachelor?s degree
-Strong analytical skills including reporting
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
-Goal-oriented and self-motivated
