Schedules:
Summer Schedule 7:00AM - 4:30PM
(Winter Schedule 8:00AM - 5:30PM)
Rest: 2 days off (Consecutive, rotating weekdays)
Responsibilities:
Maximizing company results and value.
Providing excellent service to each of our customers through calls, chat, or email.
Providing technical support with attention and adherence to quality processes.
Always offer the customer the best solution, ensuring customer satisfaction standards are met.
Who are we looking for?
-Advanced conversational English (Mandatory)
-Minimum 2 years Call Center experience (Mandatory)
-Basic computer equipment and MS Office management
-On-site work (Col. Centro)
-Experience in Tech Support and Customer Service
