You will be introduced, coached, and trained in multiple tools for finding relevant candidates in different sources such as databases, social media, and job boards, acquiring the skills to apply search filters on all of these platforms to find hyper-targeted candidates.

What You Will Do:

- Get to know our recruiting process in-depth: our current sources, our recruiting strategy, and how the candidate selection process works.
- Being mentored and walked through the step-by-step interview process. Youll learn how to evaluate knowledge and technical skills, and validate previous work experiences.
- Take your first steps in the role of point of contact between candidates and clients during the selection process.
- Participate in various projects with different managers across the company.

Heres what we are looking for:

- Students or recently graduated of Humanities.
- Good analytical abilities, someone who is quick to learn.
- A good improviser! Someone with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good academic grades will be a plus.
- Advanced English level.
