Position: Maintenance Manager
Education:
Bachelor?s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience:
5 years in a similar position, with experience managing teams of 80 to 120 people
Objective:
Ensure the correct operation, availability, and efficiency of production machinery through planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing production continuity and resource optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance of equipment, machines, and tools
- CNC equipment maintenance experience
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Team management of 80 to 120 employees
- Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic diagrams
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance department
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Diagnose equipment and machinery failures
- Manage CNC equipment maintenance
- Oversee spare parts, tools, and supplies
- Implement continuous improvement in maintenance processes
- Ensure availability and performance of production equipment
