Maintenance Coordinator
Education:
Bachelor?s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
Experience:
Experience in the automotive industry (IATF)
Personnel management
Knowledge of OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and energy monitoring
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools
Objective:
Ensure the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of infrastructure, machinery, and production equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management, complying with IATF 16949, VDA, and industrial safety standards.
Requirements:
Advanced conversational English
Experience in maintenance management
Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards
Main Activities:
Ensure compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Guarantee equipment availability and reliability
Reduce downtime and failures
Manage maintenance budget
Control critical spare parts and inventory levels
Perform root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Support IATF, VDA, and customer audits
Develop and train technical staff
Implement contingency plans
