The candidate must be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Employee Central Payroll.
Aim:
Implement new functionality, and keep up with SuccessFactors?s new releases. Must have experience testing half-yearly releases, configure payroll rules.
Must understand the PTP replication between EC and ECP as well as other payroll integrations with time collection systems and third party systems.
Essential requirements of the job include:
Should have B.S / M.S in Computer Science, MIS, or related business experience.
7+ years of hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Success Factors ECP and/or on-prem HCM payroll systems.
2+ years of experience in working with SuccessFactors cloud installation.
Must possess a clear understanding of Employee Central and its integration with Employee Central Payroll in SuccessFactors environments.
Experience understanding and processing payroll for MX in on-premises and/or ECP, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
Through understanding of MX payroll compliance rules including CFDI 4.0 framework.
