APQP Engineer Quality

Requisitos:

- Escolaridad: Ingeniería manufactura, Industrial, mecánica administrativa
- Ingles avanzado (indispensable).
- Experiencia minima de 3 años en posición similar.
- Experiencia en la industria automotriz.
- Visa y Pasaporte vigentes (obligatorio).

Actividades:

- Keep contact with customers and suppliers (internal/ external) and ensure a successful communication.
- Creation of timings to follow up the project milestones, from the beginning until it is in regular production (SORP), including all the important dates.
- Understanding of the RFQ requirements of each project, Product Quality System development and implementation
- Uses open issues report to record and track all open issues to closure.
- Reviews advanced quality planning documents, FMEA?s, PDS, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Charts, Gage R&R studies, and capability studies to help identify and resolve issues during the development and launch of a new product
Works with Launch Team to provide production level parts for each Customer Pre-Production build.
- Develop Quality Technicians in new projects
- Responsible for release and disposition on conforming and non-conforming product of new projects
- Creation and/ or collection of documentation to generate the PPAP deliverable package
- Obtain the approval of the gages in their concept, design, and construction phases.
- Plan PPAP run and get PSW signature.
- Upload the PPAP package documents to the customer portal and get approval.
- Monitoring and support to a multidisciplinary team regarding projects that have just been launched.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team for flow chart reviews, FMEA, Control Plan for all projects.
