What will you do?

You'll be the one helping newly engaged couples find their perfect resort, wedding package, and venue, that fits their budget and style. (the resort will handle the planning). You?ll be there right from the beginning, providing a service that ensures they have the wedding of their dreams!

Here?s what your day-to-day would look like...

You?re the first point of contact, suggest wedding resorts in a consultative, caring, and curated approach.

- Answer clients' questions in a polite, professional, timely, and friendly manner.

- Retain clients through follow-up emails, impeccable attention to detail, and providing unmatched customer service.

- Take charge, resolve conflict, and satisfy your customers.

- Use our CRM to manage your leads.

- Perform necessary administrative tasks. Requirements

- Have a deep understanding of Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and the Mayan Riviera region.

- Are eligible to work in Mexico.

- Have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Are tech-savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails.

- Are detail-oriented and have a knack for staying organized.

- Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Be able to speak, write, and read fluent English and at least conversational Spanish.

- 1-2 years in Sales role.

- Experience in destination weddings sales a HUGE plus.

¿Qué harás?

Serás quien ayude a las parejas recién comprometidas a encontrar su resort y paquete de bodas perfecto, y ayudarles a planear su épica boda de destino. Estarás ahí desde el principio, proporcionando un servicio que les garantice la boda de sus sueños.

Así será tu día a día

- Serás el primer punto de contacto, sugiriendo destinos turísticos para bodas con un enfoque consultivo, atento y personalized.

- Responderás a las preguntas de los clientes sobre itinerarios, tarifas y reservas de forma educada, profesional, puntual y amable.

- Retener a los clientes mediante correos electrónicos de seguimiento, una atención impecable a los detalles y un servicio de atención al cliente inigualable.

- Asuma el mando, resuelva conflictos y satisfaga a sus clientes.

- Utilizar nuestro sistema informático de reservas para reservar alojamiento, transporte y excursions.

- Realizar las tareas administrativas necesarias. Requisitos

- Tener un profundo conocimiento de Playa del Carmen, Cancún, y la región de la Riviera Maya.

- Ser elegible para trabajar en México.

- Tener experiencia con Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Son conocedores de la tecnología y pueden aprender los sistemas en línea para reservas / gestión de clientes / correos electrónicos.

- Orientación al detalle y capacidad de organización.

- Capacidad para establecer prioridades y realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido.


- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

- Ser capaz de hablar, escribir y leer con fluidez Inglés y al menos conversacional español.

- 1-2 años en Servicio al Cliente y/o Ventas. Beneficios
