We are currently seeking a Members-Services Team Leader to join our dynamic team .
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Renewal Agents to achieve membership renewal targets.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality outbound and inbound communications with Members.
- Train staff to deliver engaging presentations of membership benefits, including global concierge access, VIP travel planning, and renewal promotions.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs: renewal rates, member contact metrics, tutorial attendance, and closing percentages.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Concierge departments to align campaigns, communications, and service excellence.
- Hire and train new Renewal Agents, coordinating with HR throughout the onboarding process.
- Resolve escalated member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Prepare and submit weekly team performance and sales reports.
- Contribute insights to management on improving products, services, CRM systems, and training programs.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices within the CRM and BackOffice systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a call center, customer service, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven success in sales, renewals, or membership/dues collection.
- Exceptional English communication skills ? spoken and written fluency in English is essential.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and call center software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, results-driven decisions.
- Multilingual candidates (especially English/Spanish) are highly valued.
