A successful SOX Manager Internal Audit will:

- Management of the testing of SOX business controls to support the work of our external auditors, for the audit of both financial statements and internal controls.
- Identifying and evaluating the company´s risk areas and providing key input to the development of the annual audit plan.
- Oversee audit procedures, including supervision of subordinate professional auditors, identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing, and analyzing evidence and documenting client processes and procedures.
- Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, and preparing reports.
- Developing recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed.
- Communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management.
- Some travel may be required but is subject to change with business conditions. Special initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Determine budget for SOX Internal Audit Team and keep track of expenses

A successful SOX Manager Internal Audit will have:
- Bachelor?s and/or master´s degree in accounting and or finance.
- Fluent Professional English - conversational and written (required).
- At least 6 years experience in accounting, auditing or Sarbanes-Oxley control testing.
- At least 3 years experience in Big 4.
- At least 2 years experience managing teams of four people or more.
High desirable to have:
- Certification as a CPA, CIA, CISA, or chartered accountant.
- Experience Data Analytics.

Position KPI´s:
KPI 1: Participation in Walkthrough phase, identifying risks.
KPI 2: SOX compliance on time and well-documented.
KPI 3: Periodic evaluation ? meeting the needs of our external auditors.
KPI 4: Timely and honest feedback to subordinates.
KPI 5: Average time required to answer emails, to respond to subordinate inquiries, to review SOX documentation.
