Multimedia Creator Designer Hybrid mode

Amstar is seeking a dynamic and innovative Multimedia Creator Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Creative Department, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and visually stunning multimedia content that resonates with our audience.

The Day-to-Day:

- Take the lead on a wide array of multimedia projects, including video production, editing, and motion graphics, ensuring each piece meets our high standards for creativity and quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multimedia campaigns across various digital and social platforms.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and adapting to last-minute changes with ease and agility.
- Demonstrate proficiency in digital video formats, audio and video shooting techniques, and editing software.
- Maintain meticulous organization of footage and assets to streamline workflow and ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, advertising, animation, or multimedia design.
- 3+ years of experience as a Video Producer/Art Designer, with a proven track record of delivering creative excellence on diverse projects.
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise in video production and editing.
- Experience creating and optimizing promotional content for digital and social platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
