Eco Star Remodeling, a premier construction company in the US, is expanding. With 4 offices nationwide, we specialize in rebuilding and remodeling homes and offices.

Exciting Opportunity! We are opening our new call center in Cancún and we are looking for an ambitious and experienced English Sales Trainer for our teams.

Among other responsibilities:
Developing and delivering training programs that enhance the sales skills and product knowledge and customer service skills of our call center agents.
Conduct classroom-style training sessions, workshops and one-on-one training sessions.
Develop assessment tools to evaluate agent performance and identify areas for improvement
Update training materials and methods regularly, based on product updates, new technology and changes in market trends.
Provide support and guidance to agents on the floor during live calls, offering immediate feedback and coaching.

Requirements:
Bachelor´s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a training role, specifically in a sales-focused call center environment.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
