Responsibilities:

Manage and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate information and inventory availability.
Optimize the user experience on the website, including navigation and checkout process.
Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with departments to develop digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and propose new initiatives to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
E-commerce and marketing experience.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience in the hospitality and/or tourism industry is a plus.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
