As our customer experience manager, you?ll oversee and improve all aspects of the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle. You understand the impact you?ll create on customer experience and, therefore, the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the Company.

Using a variety of methods, engage with customers, including complainants, about their experience of doing business with us..

- Bachelor?s or master?s degree in business administration, management studies, or in a related discipline.
- Prior experience (up to 5 years) in the field of customer service or marketing is also necessary for this position
- Understanding of current issues and best practices relating to customer service
- Familiar with customer complaints/feedback and how this can be used to improve performance
- English and spanish advanced proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
