Our dedicated Group Sales team is passionate about providing exceptional service and creating customized travel solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Group Sales Contract Auditor to join our dynamic team.


¿Cuál será tu rol con el equipo de Vacation Express?

Job Summary: The Group Sales Contract Auditor is responsible for auditing all new group contracts before they are sent to customers for signing. This role demands a quick turnaround, ideally on the same day, due to the time-sensitive nature of contract issuance. The auditor will collaborate with the Group Sales Specialist in a fast-paced environment focused on securing high-volume group sales while providing consistent, professional service on all group-related inquiries. Audited contracts will be sent to customers via DocuSign.

Key Responsibilities:

· Audit group contracts, ensuring accuracy and maintaining effective communication with the internal team.
· Review and compare supplier contracts (e.g., hotels and airlines) with the Vacation Express agreement to identify discrepancies.
· Address discrepancies by following up with the Group Sales Specialist for necessary corrections before sending contracts to customers.
· Contact suppliers for rate or term clarifications if needed.
· Send audited contracts to customers via DocuSign.
· Work with department management to identify and address recurring issues related to contract execution.
· Follow policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations and report necessary changes.
· Keep information confidential to maintain company trust.
· Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
· Adapt to additional tasks based on departmental needs.

Qualifications:

· Highly organized and detail oriented.
· Experience in travel industry contract execution preferred.
· Accurate typing skills on alpha and numeric keypads.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Capable of working under tight deadlines and pressure, especially during peak seasons.
· Excellent mathematical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
· Flexible with job responsibilities.
· Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a passion for innovation and excellence.
· Self-motivated and results oriented
